Exhale.
The Parent Pause is a space for parents and babies in the first year of life.
To slow down.
To connect.
To simply be.
You choose how you participate.
We’ll hold the space.

Arrive.
Wherever you are.
The Anchors
The Parent Pause is held by four anchors:
Heart, Breath, Touch, Sight.
Not steps.
Grounding ways the body already knows.
Non-verbal. Ancient. Universal.
Sensory anchors that orient the nervous system to return to safety.
You do these instinctively with your baby.
The Parent Pause offers them back to you.

Heart
You offer your heartbeat to your baby
A steady rhythm of safety.
Chest to chest.
Finding each other’s pace.
A language of connection without words.

Breath
Time stands still as you watch your baby’s belly rise and fall while they sleep.
The world goes quiet.
Your body softens with each breath they take.
An invitation to let go.

Touch
A touch of the hand and your presence is known.
Contact that says: you are here with me
So I am safe.
Reassurance that is felt.

Sight
Eye-to-eye.
Being witnessed without urgency
Without judgment.
Not being watched — meeting.
A moment of being seen.
Known.
Come late.
Leave early.
Feed your baby.
Sit quietly.
Ask a question — or don’t.
